Appeals

If your application is not successful you have a right to appeal to an independent appeal panel for a place  where you have applied and been refused.  Please go to www.essex.gov.uk/admissions for more information about this.  Appeals should be lodged within 20 school days of the refusal letter.

There are limited circumstances in which an infant class size appeal can be successful.  Please see the guidance on the website for more information on how these appeals are considered.
